Where do I even start? I took my spouse to experience a professional massage on his birthday as he had never gotten one before. When I made payment days before, I mistakenly transferred twice and my money was returned to me as soon as they confirmed my error. I casually mentioned that it was his birthday just before the massage started. My masseuse asked me privately for his name and I told them. I thought it was just a random question. Lo and behold, he was presented with a full, Cakes and Cream cake as we were about to leave! We were stunned!! This is beyond customer service!!! It was my second time there and I found then randomly via Google search but I’ve never regretted patronising them. My family and I are definitely customers for life!

When I read other great reviews, I was a bit skeptical. However the service was beyond cool. We enjoyed every moment of our massages and facials.
